Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days from Chittenango, NY. Occasionally due to holidays, backorders, or USPS delays, shipping may take longer. If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to contact us.

We currently ship using USPS both to the United States and internationally, shown below are the shipping methods you will see available at checkout. All packages include shipping insurance that will cover the cost of replacing the items if lost in transit. Please also remember that these timeframes are estimates and can be longer or shorter depending on numerous factors outside of our control.

If your country is not listed here, it is possible you will still receive full door-to-door tracking but more than likely it will stop once the package leaves the United States.
Taxes and Duties
Import duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included. Your local carrier or customs office will notify you upon receiving the shipment if any payment is required.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, unpaid customs fees, import restrictions, customs actions, refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or packages not claimed by the recipient. Orders returned to sender, abandoned by the recipient, deemed undeliverable, or otherwise unable to be delivered for these reasons are not eligible for a refund.
Forwarding Services
Orders delivered to shipping forwarders, reshippers, package consolidation services, or similar third-party export handling companies are considered fulfilled once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for loss, damage, missing items, or delivery issues that occur after the package is marked delivered by the carrier. Any claims after delivery must be handled directly with the forwarding service.
If an order has a billing address outside of the United States and a shipping address within the United States, we assume the shipping address is a forwarding or reshipping service, and the order is subject to the policy above. Failure to contact us before placing such an order will result in the shipping address being treated as a forwarding or export service.
