ScottoKatana PCB Kit

This is a PCB kit for the ScottoKatana (PCB Edition) keyboard. It is an excellent keyboard for beginners as it has very few components to solder.

The diffuser kit includes the following:

• Plexiglass MCU cover
• RGB diffuser
• Diffuser mounting hardware

You will need the following to complete the build:

• 1 RP2040 Zero
• 1 128x64 OLED
• 1 3D printed case
• 1 7u Screw-In Stabilizer
• 35 MX switches
• 30 1u keycaps
• 4 1.25u keycaps
• 1 7u keycap

Diffuser Kit

We anticipate many people will opt to 3D print the case themselves however not everyone has a multicolor printer or CNC to cut the MCU cover. If you purchase the 3D printed case from us, you’ll receive the RGB diffuser and plexiglass MCU cover as part of the case kit. If you want to just print the main case parts yourself, you can add the diffuser and MCU cover on to your PCB and we’ll send you the diffuser along with the plexiglass cover and hardware.

Disclaimer

Not all OLED displays are made the same, although this board should work with most SSD1306 OLED panels, if you plan on using the 3D printed case we highly recommend purchasing an OLED from us as it is matched to work with the plexiglass cover. We cannot ensure everything will fit if you use an OLED not from our shop.
